Some employees (inside) extremely unfriendly! Unfortunately, really seriously deterring with what kind of face they walk around and how sometimes they talk to you. Everyone can be in a bad mood no question, but to be permanently on it doesn't work at all. The people are all crazy, especially now at this time and especially in service or in gastronomy you have to put up with a lot as a simple employee ... But why be disgusting to nice customers, that doesn't go into my head !? If I were to do this in my job, I would have received various warnings! The few friendly ones are unfortunately hardly noticeable anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️😐 After almost 3.5 years I'm going to get my coffee somewhere else. Pity !

I had a date here. Unfortunately it didn't work out with the girl, but the coffee and cake were delicious! I will gladly come again!

The inventory is no longer according to the times, from there the tables are always dirty and the benches have been broken for a long time! Stand with 3 ladies behind braids and you have to ask for a rag yourself! Crumbs and dirt in the cracks of the benches! You have to invest sometimes and not just make money, because it's not cheap there!

Delicious, freshly prepared dishes * Chilli Con Carne * and * Pulled Pork Quesadilla * with Aperol. Then cake. Super tasty and reasonably priced. The girls as waitress always in a good mood and very attentive. No waiting! Top!

I always come here when I go shopping at dodenhof and the employees recognize me and already know what I drink and eat, meanwhile I have to say nothing. That always fascinates me, because the employees have a lot to do and yet the regular customers can remember. I can only thank you and would like to come back! The taste is very good: you taste the high-quality ingredients immediately out and your own coffee is in my opinion very special, something you can rarely try anywhere. Keep it up!

Broken glass in iced coffee. It was a new made, but there was no apology or something similar. You had the feeling that you had to apologize, because you are "stressing" because of a few shards .... Something can happen in general, but not such a settlement.

Today a cappuccino and a butter pretzel ordered there. The cappuccino was good but the butter pretzel did not meet my expectations. The butter would be injected into the pretzel via various punctures. No taste pleasure but easier to manufacture. That gives a deduction.

I was there recently (unannounced) and it was perfectly fine! The comments here are clearly instigated by me from the same social frustration-fake corner (Melisa, Mizgin and Mert ...) Probably one or more former employees who have been disputed or their henchmen ... You know that unfortunately now ... I find such a behavior unworthy! My conclusion (and that of my 4 real middlemen): eating and drinking were perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. Prices were completely normal too. Although Christmas and dodenhof were pretty busy, the café was quiet and cozy. We were there for almost 3 hours.
